What the price covers

  • 01

    Classification you can defend

HS codes decided against the goods and the rulings that apply to them, with the reasoning written down where an auditor can read it.

  • 02

Entries filed while the cargo moves

The declaration goes in before arrival, so the container is not sitting on a wharf earning storage while somebody types.

  • 03

    Permits and quarantine

Licences, fumigation and treatment certificates chased in parallel with the freight, not after an entry comes back rejected.

  • 04

Duty and tax worked before you buy

A landed cost per unit at quote stage, so a rate you did not know about does not turn up on the invoice.

02

How it runs

Three stages, one team

01

Classify

We work the codes from the product, not from the last invoice, and tell you where a code is arguable.

02

File

Entry lodged against the arrival, with permits and certificates attached, and any query answered by the person who filed it.

03

Record

Every declaration, ruling and certificate kept against the consignment, so an audit two years out is a search rather than an investigation.

The part most quotes leave out

We will tell you when a classification is arguable rather than picking the low rate and hoping. A ruling that unwinds two years later costs more than the duty it saved.

To quote it

Four things in the email

Send these and the number comes back. Send fewer and you get a range.

  1. 01

    Commercial invoice and packing list
  2. 02

Codes you have used for the same goods before, if any
  3. 03

Country of origin and any preference certificate
  4. 04

What the goods are actually for, in plain words
